Aus der RCA Red Seal Serie stammt diese Aufnahme aus dem Jahr 1964. Das Original entstand noch als 3-Kanal Werk und wurde erst aufwändig in ein Stereo-Master konvertiert, bevor am 10. Oktober 2008 das Re-Mastering in Yokohama stattfinden konnte. Aufgenommen am 23. & 24. Januar 1964 in der Boston Symphony Hall.
